The [genesis_club_calendar] places a Google Calendar on the page with a timezone selector beneath so the user can choose their timezone and have the calendar change the time of all the events to be in that local time. The user can then add the events to their own Google Calendar and with a pre-event reminder. The end result of this could be higher attendance to your meetings.
How To Embed A Google Calendar
First you need to grab the code for your Google Calendar. To do this you go into your Google Calendar and click the dropdown under My Calendars and select Calendar Settings. On this page you can customize the colors and size and copy the embed code.
At this point you could just embed the code in your page but this would mean the calendar would appear with events schedule in your time zone. So instead we embed the code in Genesis Club Calendar settings
The shortcode has three attributes: iframe, label and timezone.
You can set up the default values for these under the Genesis Club Pro >> Calendar menu option.
Normally, you will just have a single calendar on your site so you can set up the defaults and just use the shortcode on the page where you want to place the calendar without any attributes.
